What we can help with
- Chart questions or calculation corrections. If a planetary position, house cusp, or dasha period looks wrong to you, send us the exact birth data you entered (date, time, place) and what you expected to see. We compute everything from Swiss Ephemeris, so corrections usually trace back to a birth-data typo or a time-zone edge case — we'll walk through it with you.
- Bug reports. Tell us the page or screen, what you did, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot helps. If you're on the mobile app, include your device and OS version.
- Account, billing, and subscriptions. If you have a paid mobile subscription, please write from the email tied to your account so we can look it up. Refund and cancellation policies are linked from our terms.
- Privacy requests. Data export, account deletion, or any GDPR / CCPA request can come through this form, or directly to privacy@celestify.app. See our privacy policy for what we collect and how long we keep it.
- Press, partnerships, and content collaborations. Reach out and tell us what you have in mind. We're especially happy to hear from astrologers, researchers, and educators who want to use Celestify in their work.

Response time
We're a small team. Most messages get a real reply within two business days; billing and privacy requests are prioritized and typically answered within one. If you don't hear back within a week, check your spam folder and then send a follow-up — we'd rather hear it twice than miss it.
